We welcome orders from all around the World. Payment is accepted in British Sterling (currency conversion will automatically be processed by your credit card company at no extra cost to you.) Currencies can be displayed in UK Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. For all other currency conversions please go to http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
We NEVER disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. This means that your name, address, e-mail, telephone, and credit/debit card details will NEVER be passed on to anybody else.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We only collect and keep information about you so we can process your order and provide you with fast efficient service.
After we have processed your order we will not contact you again (except in connection with your order) without your consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. Any inaccuracies you find will be promptly deleted or corrected.
We want you to feel secure when shopping with us. Our website utilises Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL) which is industry standard encryption to provide a safe environment in which to exchange your payment details with our website. When you enter our checkout pages you will see a locked padlock in the lower right side of your browser window indicating that you are communicating with our website via a safe and secure connection.
We want you to be really happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products simply return them within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge).
To qualify for a refund the goods MUST be unopened and/or unused, and in resaleable condition, once inspected by us we’ll refund the amount to the original card details within 28 days. If you have paid by Debit/Credit there will be a refund charge of £0.80 to cover the banking charges incurred by us .
If you find any of your goods are damaged or the wrong product was provided to you as a result of our error, return the unopened and/or unused goods and according to your instructions we will either exchange them or reimburse the cost of the items and the delivery charge.
When returning items we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order reference number, reason for the return and the action you would like us to take with all returns.
N.B. Items which are cut lengths i.e. fabric, interfacing etc. cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or provided in error by us.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions
