We welcome orders from all around the World. Payment is accepted in British Sterling which will be arranged by your credit card company at no extra cost to you. Currencies can be displayed in UK Sterling, Euros, and US Dollars. For all other currency conversions please go to http://www.xe.com/ucc/.
Dispatch Times
Your goodies are lovingly hand packed, checked and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages in the post. If you have selected a TRACKED shipping method we will always try to help by providing dates and shipping info. We are a small business so we cannot re-ship or refund lost or damaged packages.

All TRACKED/RECORDED SIGNED FOR Shipping:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For aimed to deliver by next day (not guaranteed) and offers confirmation of delivery with signature. Read more about 1st Class Signed For here.
- For extra peace of mind and order tracking please use the TRACKED shipping option.
- Simply email us with your order number should you need your tracking number.
- All TRACKED parcels require signature on delivery.
- If you are not at home when your parcel is being delivered you will be left with a 'While you were out' card on which you will find info on how to have your parcel re-delivered to you at a more convenient (free of charge). Or you can choose to pick up your parcel at your local postal depot.
All STANDARD Shipping:
- All STANDARD parcels are non-tracked. Should your parcel go missing in the post, we cannot be held responsible and we will be unable to help locate it.
- STANDARD UK parcels are sent via normal 1st class.
- STANDARD Euro & National parcels are sent via standard Airmail.
- No signature is required on delivery

All orders to the value of £45.00 and over = FREE!! - UK Flat - 1ST CLASS RECORDED (normally 1-2 business days)
All orders to up to the value of £49.99 shipping cost = £4.85
All orders to the value of £50.00 and over = FREE!! - Euro & International Flat - STANDARD (Euro 3-7 business days; World 5-10 business days)
All orders = £6.00 (currency converter)
Euro & International Flat - TRACKED (Euro 3-5 business days; World 5 - 7 business days)
All orders = £8.50 (currency converter)
