**Heavy and/or bulk orders

It often happens that we pay our postal provider more than we charge, especially in the case of worldwide orders, where there is a maximum weight restriction of 2 kilos. We, therefore, reserve the right to: 
- send heavy and/or bulky orders via the cheapest postal method, this may include a 3-5 day courier service.  Should you need your order quickly please contact us and we will give you options; 
- charge a supplemental postage charge, should this be the case for your order we will contact you in advance to discuss your options. 

Please note that we may contact you after you have received a shipping confirmation email.

Delays

Please bear in mind that occasionally packages will get held up in customs (you may be sent a request to pay customs charges before they release your package) for various reasons and that those things are beyond our control.

We recommend checking with your local sorting/delivery office (if your local postal provider offers this service) to see if they have your package, regardless of whether an advisory card has been left.  Occasionally packages are too large to fit through letter/post boxes and are taken there for collection by the addressee at a later date.

Should your package become lost during transit please contact us after 14 working days for the UK or 30 working days outside the UK, from the shipping date and we will work with you to try to locate your item.

Dispatch Times

Orders received by 1 pm on business days, will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order.  During busy periods and/or staff holidays this period may be a little longer, for up to the minute messages on dispatch times please check under the Homepage slideshow before ordering.

Responsibilities

When ordering, should you add special delivery instructions within your address details, in case you are out (e.g Please leave in the shed if out), please bear in mind that neither we nor the delivery companies we use can be held responsible for items left outdoors.

Items will be shipped to the address you provide at check-out so please make sure the delivery address is correct prior to submitting your order.  We are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses.

Return to Sender

Should your package be sent back to us, due to being unclaimed or having the incorrect delivery address on it, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs should you wish us to resend it to you.

Taxes

It is important that you understand your countries specific policies regarding taxes, VAT fees, etc., as you are responsible for them. If you have any questions about them please contact your local tax/postal service.

Tracking Information

All orders sent using either the 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' services are provided with a unique code (which is found at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email) to enable you to track your order via the Royal Mail Track & Trace service (please be aware that the 'Signed For' service is not a fully tracked in transit service, and will only show pick up and delivery times with end signature).  For an up to the minute tracking service in your country, you may also wish to check your local postal providers tracking service (where available), there is also an International Track & Trace service.

NOTE: In a lot of countries, postal services outside of Europe do not offer a tracking option.
